In case of warranty , please contact us before removing the shade sail. We are very proud of the quality of the shade sail, and firmly believe that our shade sail will lasts for many years.
- 12 years limited warranty on breathable shade net fabric agains UV degradation.
- 5 years warranty on waterproof shade net fabric against UV degradation.
- All shad sails are covered 2 year workmanship warranty. That includes the stitching and webbing.
- In order to comply with current legislation may need to be licensed builder carrying out certain structural facilities, in which case the work are the responsibilty of the authorised contractors.
- It is the customer responsibility to inform the installers of any water pipes , electric wires, air-condition pipes etc. that may be in the wall / floor prior to installation. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage occurred to such infrastructure during the installation process .
- Shade Sails may become dirty overtime. Avoid chemicals, bleach, or decolorant detergents or other chemical substances. These chemicals may attach the UV stabilisers, this reducing the of the product, and the warranty will cease.When cleaning the shade sails , we recommend to use a mild dish washing liquid with soft scrubbing brush.
- The sample book with has the actual fabric colours, is the best way to make sure that your colour selection is correct.Because shade sails are custom made, sails will not be replaced free of charge due to incorrect colour selection at the time of order.
- Cyprus Shade&Sails claims no liability for damage sustained ” act of nature ” or other extreme weather events. Under our Engineers advice, we recommend that, on the announcement of any destructive storm events in your region, the shade sails be temporary remove until the event is over. Please note, we are not responsible for any freezing rain damage on the fabric.
- Carport fabric stay all year around, but any extreme weather conditions ( tornadoes , gale ) Cyprus Shade&Sails claims no liability .
- All local permission for the installation of Cyprus Shade&Sails are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Cyprus Shade&Sails claims no liability for damage caused by fire, lightening, mechanical damage done by birds or other animals and any form of vandalism or misuse.
- All goods remain the property of Cyprus Shade&Sails until payment is received in full. The warranty is valid from the date of full and final payment of the whole contract.
- 50 % deposit on confirmation of order before any work is undertaken. Please note in the event of cancellation deposit are non refundable.
- The guarantee is void if any changes made or attachments added to our fabric, frame and mounting of the structure as per agreement with Cyprus Shade&Sails management. Cyprus Shade&Sails recommends annual maintenance of shade sails to ensure longevity and safety.
- Warranty do not cover colour fading.
